November – February:
All Our Relations: Loving Ourselves, Loving Others
From my perspective, the KEY is to
1)
BE Consciously Connected and in the Flow of Heaven & Earth, in our Souls.
2)
From here we have what we need within, and we are free to Soul Adult:
- Care-for the needs of our Body, Re-Parent and Heal whatever is needed, grow healthily into who we are, within ourselves and into our world.
- From a body & soul fulfilled – experiencing fullness, wholeness:
BEing the Love we Want… are Hungry-for

From here, We are FREE.
To Love them. Actually, Unconditionally.
To Choose to or not to, according to our unique path:
- Show-up for Them;
- Relate with them from Equanimity, in Unconditional Positive regard…
Regardless of Their beliefs, behavior, or even allowance that we belong.

All of this is deeply fulfilling for us,
supports us to BE & DO who we are in the world, make our unique IMPACT.
AND, actually serves those around us: we can Act not React.
We can enjoy Connection and BE WITH THEM.
We can Love Others:
without an AGENDA for their (or our) improvement,
without Our HUNGER driving us to Get From Them what we need.

Finally, from here we are ready & able to Attend the nuts & bolts of
HOW to show up for ourselves & others.
We can more comfortably & easily PRACTICE Relationship in everyday life:
healthy, empowered Communication, Boundaries, Conflict Resolution, etc.
