What can we do to
Tend our Yearning Heart and Invite a Full Life?
I have been singing this song,
“How Can You Mend A Broken Heart”
all the time, in the cracks and quiet moments,
for about a month, now!
Even tho I Never sang it before
and I have No Reason to sing it.
(I can certainly relate! But Life is Rich for me right now.)
Eventually, after a couple weeks, I finally asked:
WHY am I singing this song?!
I heard:
“Well, you have been asking for a theme
for the February offering about LOVE,
that you are excited about,
haven’t you?”
UM, yes…

Ok, so here it is, this year’s theme for our annual offerings around LOVE.
I hope you sit-with this song
And find what you find.
And as you do:
I hope you feel a little less alone, in your loneliness;
a little more validated about how much life can lose it’s luster; and
how loss, living in longing, can break us all, our heart, hope, world.
