PRACTICE dates & focus Weekly: DYNAMIC Meditation – learn to Soul Shift Saturday 11am – noon OR Thursday 7 – 8pm (eastern usa time) – different focus each time (see dates listed below) – doors open for sharing & questions 15 min before & close 15 min after listed times – please plan to arrive and depart in ease: at least 5 minutes before/ after scheduled time  CONVERSATION for all & on-ramp if new to the Practice – Monthly: one Saturday 9:30-10:30am & one Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm – Different focus each time (see dates listed below) If new to this Practice: – come to a Graceful Soul CONVERSATION – as an on-ramp opportunity &/OR – schedule with myself or my team, for at least 30 minutes, to learn what you need to participate in Soul GYM – once you have participated in a live experience, and are a Soul GYM member, you will have access to all the Graceful Soul CONVERSATIONS to watch/ listen as you please – each will be different and you will get more of a flavor for our practice. . |
