In this Meditation Workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
• Learn and practice some basic meditation techniques.
• Share your experience, if you choose, a couple times during this session.
• Mostly, quietly enjoy letting go and experiencing your inner world.
If you are new to this meditation, please come 6:30 to learn basic tools.
If
you have been to a workshop or class before, and know Grounding,
Centering, Waterfall/Sun, and Releasing Energy – anytime between 6:30-
6:55 arrival.
