The book begins: Crazy About God: A Modern Mystic Adventure

Hey Friends,

I am excited to share
I am finally starting my first book!

2 weeks ago, my friend Debra was coaching me,
and she noticed that
it would be a useful exercise for me to write a book.

Eeek.

I have been writing a long time, on several different subjects,
but she encouraged me to write my story.

Eek!!!!!!
That’s harder,
More confronting.

But, I mean to be coach-able ; )
So, a couple days later,
I invested over two hours with Michael
doing a brain-dump – non-stop talking!

About major themes and the stories
I have the main stuff down into audio tape and Michael made notes.

Micheal being such a great supporter,
took a short video when we were done ; )
I am stepping out of my comfort zone, to share.

.
I had been unsure how useful this huge investment in creating a book would be for myself, and for others,
But, having started, i can see better now, how many ways it can help me.

I do have a lot to share, a lot to say…
Some really cool stories
and conclusions
and still in progress stuff…

.
working title:
Crazy About God: A Modern Mystic Adventure

we shall see…

  1. Hello beloved Wendy,

Your reflectivity and pattern-resonance capabilities are off the charts ~ as usual!!
What a joy and a treasure to be connected the way we are. Thank you for including me.
What you are doing is truly encouraging.

From the time I was a little girl, I have wanted to write and illustrate a children’s story that would somehow orient a young soul to this life on planet earth. I have envisioned somehow capturing all those snippets into a cohesive whole. (Hence, your table of notes looked SO familiar!)

2018 sure seems like a good year to birth a book!! Blessings and delight to you and Michael.
Looking forward to when next we meet.

    1. Hey dear Susie,
thanks so much for your encouragement and feedback ; )

that sounds awesome, I hope you are enjoying your process with that!

Yes, Michael made notes as I talked on and on – still working with the output of that!
I really helped me to speak out loud – storytelling is traditionally a spoken art ; )

“2018 sure seems like a good year to birth a book!!”
      Let’s make it so!

      Bright Blessings, Susie
      : ) Wendy
