Meditation can assist you to recognize yourself as spirit. When you know who you are, it is easier to let go of adverse influences. With meditation, you can find your unique answers to your questions. You can have certainty about your purpose here on Earth.
Anyone can learn to meditate. It is simple and practical and does not require any physical exertion, we practice while sitting upright in a chair. You will learn techniques which you can use for a lifetime of rewarding meditation.
